RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect on our item. . If this should occur. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package for return authorization. A store credit or exchange may be offered. Shipping charges are non refundable. If your order is incorrect or missing an item please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of package for correction. In the event of exchange customer is responsible for the shipping charges (shipping the item to me and me shipping the exchanged item to you.)
Orders may NOT be cancelled, in the rare case we allow a cancellation a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund in additon to any applicalable shipping cost.
We currently accept payment through PayPal.

We ship orders 5 days a week (Monday thru Friday) order are shipped in time order please refer to our home page for current processing time. (We are closed weekends and holidays). Every effort will be made to process your order as soon as possible. Orders ship in the order they are received. Refunds will be issued for items that become unavailable.

International residents please be advised that sometimes it's not possible for the system to accurately estimate shipping charges if there are additional charges you will receive a secondary invoice. Anything over the calculated shipping you will be charged the difference of actual shipping. Ex ( actual shipping cost $22.99 you've already paid $15.99 you will be sent an invoice for $7 difference) Thank You for understanding.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping & handling is based on the dollar amount of your order. We hand deliver our packages to the post office. All are sent with delivery confirmation, Insurance is optional but recommended please select dollar amount of coverage from "shipping add ons" as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
